As I am an independent esthetician, late cancellations and no-shows directly affect my income and overall business, therefore my booking and cancellation policy is as follows:
I require a booking fee for all new clients of, $25 or 50% of service whichever is greater. This fee is non refundable however gets applied to your appointment or pays for late cancellation/no-show fees.
Any reservation for which I do not receive payment within 12 hours from booking will automatically be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.
During peak periods, the fee may be increased to 100% of the service at my discretion.
Late cancellations for established clients will be charged same as above and any pending appointments may be required to have a prepaid booking fee and or be cancelled.
These policies are only in effect to protect me and my business, and unfortunately from past experiences are required. I appreciate your understanding.
